I’d love to see how they schedule the stops for this trial—if the truck can share a live map or timing updates, it would make it much easier for nearby offices to order lunch in advance. Do they plan to adjust the route based on daily demand?

The fact that they're piloting the route first is what stands out to me. Too often well-meaning programs get rolled out big and fail. Starting with a trial run means they can actually listen to feedback and adjust before investing more resources. Curious if they'll publish what they learn from this phase.

I've seen mobile charity vans before, but the dignity angle makes me think differently. The trial run seems like a smart way to work out the kinks before committing fully. I do wonder how they'll measure whether users actually feel respected, not just served.
